US Oncology Research is the nation’s largest community-based research network specializing in Phase I through Phase IV oncology clinical trials. The investigator- and sponsor-initiated trials bring innovative therapies to patients in local communities across the nation.

For example, US Oncology Research physicians participated in a landmark trial that studied the use of postoperative chemotherapy, known (and widely used) as adjuvant therapy. This trial helped to change the standard of care for patients fighting breast cancer.
