Integration with Technology
Our technology solutions support the success of US Oncology Research physicians in their quest to advance the science of cancer care and provide their patients access to novel therapies in the community setting.
US Oncology Research Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS)
US Oncolgy Research affiliates have access to the US Oncology Research Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), a validated, web-based electronic platform/database designed specifically for oncology. CTMS captures all information, documents, tools, and reports pertaining to US Oncology Research trials at each practice and provides relevant training resources for research staff.

Comprehensive Accrual REsource (CARE)
Healthcare technology also helps identify patients who may qualify for open trials through the US Oncology Research's  Comprehensive Accrual Resource, or "CARE". At the practice’s request, CARE enables a search of the practice’s patient records in the iKnowMed EHR to find potential matches for open trials at the practice for patients currently on treatment, post-treatment, or even before treatment begins. This resource can help the practice increase accruals while saving valuable time.
