HOUSTON, February 26, 2009 - US Oncology, Inc., one of the nation's largest cancer services companies, reported revenue of $842.7 million, EBITDA of $52.3 million, Adjusted EBITDA of $55.2 million, net income of $0.5 million and operating cash flow of $64.2 million for the three months ended December 31, 2008. For the year ended December 31, 2008, prior to a first quarter non-cash charge of $380.0 million for impairment of goodwill, US Oncology reported revenue of $3.3 billion, EBITDA of $214.7 million, Adjusted EBITDA of $219.6 million, net income of $9.5 million and operating cash flow of $141.5 million.
