The Network practices have more than 400 sites of care in over 25 states and treat over 850,000 patients annually. The Network is supported by McKesson Specialty Health, an industry leader in solutions that empower the community patient care delivery system to advance the science, technology and quality of care.
InterCommunity Cancer Center is committed to providing quality, personalized cancer care in our community with the most advanced technology. Medical Director Dr. Hal M. Jacobson founded InterCommunity Cancer Center in 1985. Dr. Jacobson’s personal experience of experiencing the loss of his 39-year-old mother to cancer when he was only 12, led him to an early career decision in dedicating his life to caring for cancer patients and their families.
InterCommunity Cancer Center offers patients a compassionate team approach while ensuring access to innovative treatments with ongoing follow-up care. Our team approach is to focus on partnering with our patients primary care physicians and specialists, ensuring our patients’ entire care team understands the prescribed treatment and is continuously updated on their patient’s progress.
